My favorite place is Adam's peak . It is located in Samanala kanda. Samanala kanda is a sacred and beautiful place in the country. Adam's peak is a Buddhist sacred place where the left sacred footprint of the Gautama Buddha is located🙏. Not only that, this sacred site is also believed by Hindus to be the footprint of Lord Shiva and by Muslims to be the footprint of Adam. Therefore it is a famous and important sacred place both nationally and internationally. Also, this place is considered to be the sacred domain of God Sumana Saman.

                                                                          

 

Adam's peak is located in the central mountainous region of the Ratnapura district in the Sabaragamuwa province. Adam's peak with a height of 2243m is one of the highest mountains in Sri Lanka. 

Samanala kanda is where the main rivers of this country originate. There are two main routes to reach the summit of sri pada. They are the Nallathanniya (Hattan) route and Palabaddala route. The pilgrimage season of Adam's peak is from December to Vesak poya.

                    

 

Pilgrimage to Adam's peak is difficult. However Buddhist devotees are eager to visit Adam's peak with devotion and respect for the Gautama Buddha. Let us protect this sacred place, which is held in respect by Buddhists as a world heritage 🥰.

  Unforgettable beautiful experience   Life is a journey filled with memories 😊. My life is also filled with such memories. Among them, the most special are the experiences of the processions. I have been dancing in processions since I was a child 💃. I have danced, like in the processions held at sacred places in Sri Lanka.  Among them are major processions such as Kataragama , Navagamuwa Pattini Devalaya , Saman Devalaya , Getabaru , Sankhapala and Devndara 🥰. ❤  MY  DEAR  MOTHER  🌏 My mother is the biggest blessing in my life. She is also my best friend. I receive love and care from my mother 💗. She always encourages me . She has answers to all my problems. My mother helps me in my education. She is always with me and gives me strength 🥰. My mother is the first teacher in my life.
